Compound
Built by "the gambling king of Hong Kong", City Condo is an exclusive residential compound. The compound is known for a network of stunning, blue-tinted waterways that run in front of building entrances. A string of bridges and water-side seating create a picturesque environment.

The buildings are well-maintained, as is the surrounding greenery and waterways. The compound is guarded by onsite security, and each apartment building entrance is equipped with a smart security system. Management also provides a vehicle directing service. An onsite playground, outdoor pool, spa, a private club house, and other supporting facilities are available for residents.

Neighborhood
The City Condo compound is situated in Changning, in a residential area just outside of the Inner Ring Elevated expressway. Nearby features include Zhongshan Park, the Shanghai Zoo, and a number of malls. It takes only 10 minutes to walk to the nearest metro station (Line 2, Loushanguan Road station), which connects commuters directly with a number of key sites, including Zhongshan Park, the Hongqiao Railway Station, and the Hongqiao Aiport. Key areas that are more centrally located – Jing’an Temple, West Nanjing Road, The Bund, etc. – are just a few stops away.

The immediate surrounding area, however, has all the needed amenities for daily life. The general area is clean, well-manicured, and relatively new. The streets are quiet, walkable, and filled with boutiques, cafes, residences, parks, offices, and a local school. Just a few minutes down the street is the Shanghai Arch Walks and the Shanghai Tianshan Parkson Shopping Center, which have a range of dining and retail options. There are several small grocers in the immediate area, and there’s a large Carrefour just one stop down at Zhongshan Park.
