Shanghai M2 Property Management Consulting Co., Ltd. was founded in 2015, focused on creating, managing Shanghai high-end apartments located in the city center. The company founded the "Me2 apartment" brand, which scale gradually expanded, which encompass now over 200 high-end residential properties, all located in the most prestigious districts such as Huangpu, Xuhui, Jing'an, Changning and other core areas of the city center. Their goal is to upgrade properties and increase property values by restructuring the rooms, whilst keeping the local culture and still adhering to western needs and improving their living experience.

Interior design was done from a team consisting of both Chinese and European design consultants to produce a modern functional East and West influenced product that can meet the needs of tenants from all around the world. Since the company was founded, we have been cooperating with MNCs, Fortune 500 corporations, senior executive expatriates and high-end business managers from large Chinese corporations.
