Marseille Garden consist of two 9-storey high rise apartment buildings. It is part of Phase I of a local development plan. It’s a ‘semi-open’ community that is managed by a 24-hour property management team. The architecture was influenced by European design styles. Entrances, in particular, were designed to be reminiscent of Venetian styling. The center has park area, which allows for a relaxing and peaceful environment. Tenant services include cleaning and property maintenance.

Neighborhood
Marseille Garden is located in Gubei, an area that is hugely popular amongst expatriates. The surrounding area has a full range of expat-oriented services, including specialty bakeries, restaurants, and supermarkets, as well as international schools, health services, recreation options, etc. The Line 10 Shuicheng Road metro station is less than 15 minutes’ walk away. For drivers, the area provides for easy access to the West Yan’an expressway. Key sites, including the Hongqiao Airport, Jing’an Temple, and the Bund are all less than 30 minutes away by car outside of rush hours.
