For some, the intense urban environment of downtown Shanghai is not particularly attractive. Whether it's the traffic, the noise or the sheer number of people, they prefer more subdued surroundings. Pujiang Town is the most southern section, bordering the Fengxian suburb. Fengxian has no metro lines at all, making Pujiang, which has line 8, the gateway for those living in Fengxian.
